What Ticks Are
Ticks are not insects
at all, but small Arachnids. Deer ticks are among the smallest of
ticks.
Members of the same class as mites, spiders, and scorpions,
ticks are divided into two groups; hard
bodied ticks and soft bodied ticks. Both types can transmit
diseases...some of which can be fatal.
